Consultation
We offer consultation services to our clients that are interested in patenting their product. We discuss the feasibility of their idea after we agree on signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Once we determine that the product has merit,we will conduct a through search on their idea to determine if its out there already or if it can be modified to make it patentable and still keep the original concept. We offer a free 30 minute consultation. If you want to move forward then the cost for this service: $175.00 for a two month period
Provisional Filing
Filing for a Provisional requires putting all the information in the format the USPTO needs. The application must be submitted in a way that is laid out according to their acceptable format.The application must include the drawings, description of the drawings, the statement of the problem, and how the product will solve that problem.
